No, not Isla del Coco--we already told you where to find it. We're talking about the Cocos Islands (some call `em Keeling) in the Indian Ocean. (Strangely enough, they're almost antipodal to Isla del Coco.)
These bad boys constitute a territory of Australia, though they're quite a long way from the motherland. A flight from Perth is ostensibly the easiest way to the atolls, though we couldn't find tickets anywhere. In other words, these islands are remote.
Once you're on-island, you'll want to be mesmerized by the electric blues of the surrounding water. After a day or two of that, try your hand at fishing or hammock lounging. You could also get cozy with the local Malay population or go the opposite direction and tip back frosty beers at the Cocos Club. We'll leave the tough choices up to you.
