Red Eye With A Kick: Britney Spears Walks Off United Flight
According to the New York Post, Britney Spears went berserk because her United Airlines flight from L.A. to Miami Friday night lacked leather seats, then demanded to be let off the plane, minutes before takeoff.
The United captain acquiesced, letting Brintey off the plane, then apologized to the rest of the passengers for the delay.
Britney must have found a leather seated plane to take her to Florida, because this past weekend she performed two shows in the state, one in Orlando and the other in South Beach. During the House of Blues in Orlando show, at some point during her 14-minute concert, which she charges $125 for, the backing tape skipped creating a Milli Vanilli moment--big shocker.
That is called "air karma" Britney. Whenever you make a scene on a red eye, it will come back to bite you. A lesson for all travelers.
As for Britney's leather fetish, both Delta Airlines and JetBlue have leather seats in coach and fly from Southern California to Southern Florida.
