Breaking: David Neeleman is officially the Saddest Blue-Eyed Mormon Ex-CEO Ever. He has been removed as CEO of JetBlue, which he founded, and relegated to the role of "non-executive chairman." Neeleman has been apologizing non-stop since the infamous Valentine's Day delay catastrophe, and unfortunately never recovered from the scandal. The poor guy looked so very sad in all his post-Valentine's appearances. While what happened then was horrendous, we are sad to see him go. A FlyerTalker commented that Neeleman = JetBlue much like Jobs = Apple -- our thoughts exactly.
