Giant Dragon Coming to China

Such awesome things happen when rich people run out of ideas for their money! Chinese investors are in the process of building a 13-mile long dragon to give tourism in their country a boost. The beast's home is outside Xinzheng, Henan, and the project should be finished by 2009. Its body will be hollowed out for historical exhibitions of some sort, and a special light rail to transport tourists to the site is also planned. Can we please get project director Li Xiong over here to finish up the Las Vegas airport monorail extension and fix the JFK AirTrain? When compared to the Grand Canyon Skywalk, the giant dragon doesn't seem that bad. But the dragon people haven't announced admission pricing yet.
