Getting drunk in Mumbai: not such a bad idea. Driving in Mumbai: probably not a great idea. Combining the two: obviously worse. The Mumbai Police know this, and have a suitably creepy, creative remedy for deterring bar patrons from driving under the influence. When dry, these coasters carry a verbal warning and relatively innocuous photographs. When moistened by a drink glass, they're activated, and red ink appears to bloody the designs. While drunk driving is a serious offense in Mumbai, it's interesting to note that the city has no speed limit for drivers of passenger cars.
