Is Britney Spears In the Market For a New Passport Pic?

Britney Spears, America's most absentee mom, touched down back in New York this week. Think she spent the time in her hotel room resting? Think again. Brit hit up one of the Upper East Side's best-loved shops, Zitomer, and picked out some wacky stuff, including a giant red fur hat.

Ms. Spears is apparently in town to see and be seen at Fashion Week events, but she's done little else than shop and party. That's our girl!

Whenever we step foot in Zitomer, which is just a block away from the Carlyle Hotel and a bit further from Central Park, we seem to find a multitude of expensive, fun items we can't figure out how we were living without. The store also offers a passport photo service, so Park Ave. moms can pick out lipstick before vogueing for the Department of State.
