Last Post About the JetBlue Hostage Slash Delay Crisis

JetBlue has posted a video message from David Neeleman on its website. He apologizes and introduces the upcoming JetBlue passenger bill of rights, which will be released in detail this afternoon. Would somebody please hand this man a pink blanket or a puppy to hug?

Neeleman was also just on CNN's American Morning. A commentator mentioned, after Neeleman's segment was over, that JetBlue will be "putting their money where their mouths are" and offering $1000 to passengers who are bumped from overbooked flights. Nice selling point, especially for JetBlue...because they don't overbook flights and thus bumping of that sort rarely happens.
