When it comes to WiFi access in airports, sometimes it's not just a matter of whether the place has wireless. It can occasionally be a case of flying out of the right terminal or the wrong one. We're flying out of JFK soon, so before heading out we checked into the Internet situation. (We've got to do something for ourselves every now and again, no?)
Things looked grim. After all, JFK is where road warrior/blogger/Supermom Wendy Perrin had to snake some signal from the Admirals Club. And we didn't remember getting online the last time we were there. Ah, but how quick we were to forget about Terminal 6.
It's one of the newest additions to the airport and also happens to be the home of JetBlue. They've tricked out their digs with wireless that has, ahem, no strings attached. The have the same deal crackin' on the other coast at LGB, which we mentioned last week. Good thing, too, since there's a good chance we'll be waiting to catch our flight.
