Jaunted Enters Socially Awkward Profile Page Phase
If you look near the bottom of each Jaunted story you will see a byline. This line tells you who wrote the story. Many times it is a contributing Jaunted editor, other times the story is from a Jaunted member who has written an outstanding story that we have accepted and edited for publication. Either way if you click on the byline, avatar or name, you will now be linked to the authors profile page.
On the profile page you can tell what group the author represents, what other stories said author has published, and what sort of witty travel comments they have made. Furthermore, if the person has filled out their profile page you can read their self-bio as well as check out what kind of avatar they have selected. Notice Davie's? Also, if you really dig a certain Jaunted contributor you can subscribe to their feed by clicking the little orange button to the right of "Recent Stories".
As far as comments go, the floor is open to anyone who as an on topic comment about a story or destination. Let's take it a step further, if you work for an attraction, an airline, a tourism board, or destination, and you become a Jaunted member, email us and tell us about your affiliation. We will be collecting this information and creating groups, so other readers can get an idea of how well you may or may not know your squash by checking out your profile page.
As a reminder there are three known ways to contribute, but our best scientists are working right now trying to discover more:
