Adventures of Link: Skybus Has a Phone Number

November 12, 2007 at 5:10 PM | by | Comments (2)

Back when Skybus launched, we wondered what passengers would do if they needed customer service: a ticket change, re-booking, a hotel room after a flight cancellation. After all, the airline bragged that it didn't even have a phone number. (Even though we knew they did.)

Well, the secret's out starting today because Chris Elliott published the contact info for five top executives at the airline. We don't think you should use this info unless you've really been screwed over by Skybus. But, hey, if that happens, it's nice to know you can call CEO Bill Diffenderffer or COO Ken Gile to chat about what went wrong.

you cannot haz voicemail.

Skybus

I love Chris Elliott!  But if the phone numbers don't work, the next-best solution would be to buy the Bus, like Prince Alwaleed bin Talal:
