Television Travel: Brunching And Bitching With "Gossip Girl"

We are hooked on the new CW series "Gossip Girl." Each week we'll recap the show and add to our Gossip Girl Map, so you know just where to see and be seen.

This week, the college reps are in town and the Ivy Week mixer is the students' only chance to impress them. After a run-in at field hockey practice, Blair decides to find out why Serena has come back to town and sabotage her in front of the rep from the school of her choice.

As the boys keep up their jockeying, and we learn that Dan happens to be one of the brightest students at his swanky prep school. Later, S and B have a reunion under the Bethesda Terrace Arcade in Central Park.

(Extra-interesting side note: The treatment center for Serena's brother Eric, for whom she returned, is called the Ostroff Treatment Center. So what? The President of Entertainment of the CW is named Dawn Ostroff.)
