Goodbye "JR" Rotem, hello Isaac Cohen. Britney Spears was spotted in Santa Monica this weekend with a new guy. They lounged on a friend's yacht, while Brit saw to her usual chain smoking routine. Doesn't she look elegant in that resort-casual ensemble?

The cap is probably her own, and she should really wear it more often--it covers up her beat weave well. As for the robe, it's either her own or perhaps a "loaner" from Shutters on the Beach, the luxury hotel in Santa Monica that's one of her favorites.

Good luck, Isaac! If you can stick with Brit for more than a week, we see a lot of travel (or at least LA hotel stays) in your future.
