Good Fare: Unloved, but not Unused

Newark-London Gatwick, $314 RT on Continental

Continental is running a sale for winter flights between Newark and London Gatwick through September 7th. For lack of a better term, we'll call it the unloved overflow airport sale. The dates for which it applies are November 15th to Dec. 14th and January 8th to March 21st. That's enough time that you actually have a good shot a snagging this deal. Of course, once you get there, you're at Gatwick, which doesn't help you as far as connecting goes, and you'll be oh so thirsty... but for $300 dollars round trip with taxes and fees, we're sure that you'll find a way to soldier through it.
