About Chasing Vancouver
We chase around Hollywood A-listers, grips, PAs, and anyone with any vague sense of self importance, to plot some of the must hit and must miss Vancouver locations. We do all this in an attempt to create a cool, "Travel Guide to Vancouver", which we will be left with at the end of the series.
For those of you on the ground in Vancouver, you have an important role in all of this--You help us keep track of local sightings, filming locations, send in cool photos, tip us off to anything we should know about Vancouver, and send all of this over to us at
tips@jaunted.com. We thrive on your tips, and no pressure, but the folks in Toronto kicked some serious ass at this a couple months back.

Vancouverites are noticing more and more productions going on around them, and this week really proved it. People checked out the huge skate ramp that's been built for the Andy Samberg movie Hot Rod at some suburban fairgrounds, while up in Gastown people spied on Ice Cube and his castmates shooting scenes for Are We Done Yet. For some people the most exciting thing is to know about a location shoot beforehand, so they can plan a picnic and go on down to watch. The Mark Wahlberg vehicle Shooter has signs around Gastown alerting people to some rather exciting action sequences to be filmed on the 24th. We hope some of you will make it down there and send in any snapshots you capture!
