NWA Eats No Longer AWOL
A first class mind deserves a First Class seat, but what about a first class meal? Northwest will finally be offering passengers in first class the choice between meat and vegetarian options for meals. Amazingly enough, Northwest had ceased to serve different kinds of meals in their First Class service over the past year. No one was clamoring for their cold turkey sandwiches, but with genius business maneuvers like that, it's no wonder they are in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
So, to review: Aisle seating on Northwest remains a $15 charge for seats in front of the plane. If you are upgraded on NWA, you'll grudgingly be offered a choice between meat and vegetarian food (sorry, dinner service with this choice doesn't start until August). Yuck. How soon until we can book a seat on the Google Plane?
