Los Angeles Spas Celebrate Detoxification, Ogling

Los Angeles is a popular tourist destination, especially in the summer, when the multitudes of L.A. hotties are wearing even less clothing than usual. Hoorary for décolletage!  But just so visitors from Omaha are clear:  Angelenos aren't more attractive than anyone else, they're just spending a lot of money to pretend they are.

There's plenty of day spas around town, but to reach the pinnacle of luxury, one should head to a hotel with a fabulous spa and make weekend of it (when in L.A., do as the stars do).  The L.A. Times did a roundup of the newest, sexiest hotel spas in town, with the highest marks going to the Bliss spa at the W Westwood, and the Peninsula Spa, where you can get a massage with emerald- ruby-, or diamond-infused oils.  If you're into that sort of thing, which you probably are, if you're weekending in Beverly Hills.
