Worried that you're not going to be able to snag a spot in the Hamptons this summer? Renting is all well and good, but maybe you'd be better off camping at one of the many "branded residences" cropping up in the perennial summer hotspot. Cain nightclub will become the Cain Estate in Easthampton; Bambu house, organized by the marketing director of the Star Room, will be mobbed; Boutique House in Bridgehampton, will be hosting parties for Details Magazine and Land Rover; and silliest of all, there's the house for Manhattan club Stereo.

Stereo's house will have individually branded rooms within the house for liquor, spas, fashion displays, plus a "gifting suite", and a hair and makeup room. Don't miss the "dealmaking room" either. We'd imagine there'll be some quality specimens of humanity in there.

Many of the houses are only hosting models or other minor but attractive celebs for the summer to add buzz. We're not so sure about this as a concept. Coming face to face with Tara Reid is scary enough, but finding her staggering past our bedroom door on her way to vomit in the bathroom seems infinitely worse.
