On the Relative Goodness of Hamburgers

Former Prague Post restaurant critic Evan Rail updates the Budget Travel crowd this month on some of Prague's best new restaurants. Well, they're new to us, anyway, but it's always good to see the city's restaurant scene improving. The number of pizzas topped with canned corn over there has thankfully diminished with each passing year.
We haven't been to any of the restaurant's on Rail's list except Vinohrady/Zizkov fave Mozaika, which he claims serves Prague's best hamburger. Mozaika's burger is sloppy and rates maybe a 7, in our opinion, but burgers in Europe are beside the point. If you need grilled meat, there's not a shortage in Central Europe; try the Serbian dish pljeskavica, which is a similar to hamburger. Central Europe has good pizza now--is there any reason to get greedy and ask for old-fashioned burgers, too?
