Just in time for VD--that's Valentine's Day, for anyone yet to drink the Kool-Aid--Budget Travel is running a poll for the ladies. What famous woman would you want to accompany you on a "Girlfriend Getaway"?

At the moment, Oprah is in the lead by a wide margin, which makes sense. Who wouldn't want a powerful billionaire to have their back on vacation? Plus, she wears a pantsuit better than Warren Buffett ever could.

The New York Post ran a story about Girlfriend Getaway packages last year, and they sound pretty miserable. The trend is to foist some ice cream or a cooling pillow on the ladies and then charge them double the rack rate for it. Real thoughtful, fellas.

Jaunted cast a vote for Rachel Ray as the ideal Girlfriend Getaway partner. Nothing says best girlfriends forever like a cheeseburger stuffed with baked ziti.
