Nicky Hilton Suing Over Hotel Chain

Future hotelier Nicky Hilton, who's been developing her "Nicky O" boutique hotel chain for quite some time now, is already suing the man who she enlisted to help her with the chain's concept, Eneliko Smith.

Hilton was apparently shocked when she discovered that Smith had filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office for exclusive rights to use the name "Nicky O." Smith claims that he actually created the concept for her and Nicky then took the idea to another company to move forward with.

We know, hard to believe, someone actually did the work for her, and now she wants to be sure she gets the cash.  The first "Nicky O" hotel is slated to open early next year.
