Everyone Loves New Zealand

Ballot papers for the best of the best travel destinations have been spreading like wildfire across the globe recently, and the results are not too surprising. But for the record, Britons think New Zealand is the "coolest" travel destination--followed by Morocco and Fiji. "Affluent travelers" who voted in Smart Traveller Asia's online poll voted for Bali as the best Asian destination, edging out Phuket in Thailand. And in Travel and Leisure magazine's Top 10 Cities poll, Florence outranked Rome as a must-visit destination.

Oh dear. Just when we thought we were really making progress with traveling to new and exciting places, all the polls tell us we should just head to Florence, Bali and New Zealand, all of which we've known about for decades. Tomorrow you're sure to see big headlines on some magazine: "Visit Venice, tourists love it!" Luckily you have Jaunted to give you tips on some uncool and not-the-best destinations.
