Yukon Ho!
Where: Whitehorse, Canada

Today's New York Times promotes the frozen tundra of Whitehorse, capital of Canada's Yukon Territories. Average temps hover right around zero, sure, but activities abound; snowmobiling, dogsledding, and viewing the Aurora Borealis, just for starters.
Well, that's pretty much it, save experimenting with different dishes that involve reindeer meat. It is the Yukon, after all.
In other dogsled news, a feeder race to the Iditarod was cancelled this week because it was too cold even for the dogs--sixty below!
