FlightAware Tracks Flights in Real-Time

FlightAware tracks flights in the US that the FAA includes in general aviation.  That means not only can you track commercial flights, but you can also track private planes.  

You can track by flight identification, airport code, or commercial flight number.

Furthermore, private pilots may request that their aircraft's data be barred from public viewing by filling out a Block Aircraft Registration Request.
