Hotel on Rivington Official Opening?

Could it be that The Hotel on Rivington is soon going to be really open, and not just sort of open? That's our take-away from today's Boston Globe's article, by a former Lower East Sider who recently visited the nabe after an 18-month absence. If you want to pay somewhere around $325 next month rather than the current rates of $259 a night, there's every chance that you may not have to deal with things like "nonfunctioning flat-screen televisions, no bathroom towel hooks, [and] perhaps a stalled elevator." The views, as far as we know, will remain.
