It seems those stodgy old Brits are letting loose. The Notting Hill Carnival is set to take place August 28th & 29th and apparently will rival Rio's. This year's theme is 'Unity and Diversity' and will feature scantily-clad women, feathers, music and floats.
Pre-carnival events include a calypso tent and costume splash. And the whole thing's free. Samba away!
