As New York City has a collective nervous breakdown over the transit strikes, we'd just like to put in our two cents: a transit strike in the Big Apple is illegal. (You know, just in case the head of the Transport Workers Union reads our fair site.) Sure, we'd like to go on strike ourselves every time, say, our boss doesn't give us that extra salary or vacation we deserve...but we don't. Why? Because it's not the 1970's. And because we're not French. Things to ponder.
