Only A Few Days Left To Catch The 'Twilight' Cast in Vancouver

October 22, 2009 at 11:39 AM | by cmb | 0 Comments

It's official; filming of Eclipse in Vancouver is coming to a close. On Tuesday, the movie's director, David Slade tweeted, "Just one week and a few days to go to complete principle photography, the finish line seems still so far." It probably can't come soon enough for Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart who get stalked daily by fans and paparazzi. A higher up at Summit (the film's production company) told E!, "Civilians are flying in all over the world to hunt down whoever they can find. It's bad. Literally [Rob and Kristen] have no choice but to stay inside."

It's gotten so bad, the couple has reportedly holed up together at the Sheraton Wall Centre and spends most of their time watching movies or listening to music when they aren't filming. It sounds like they have a pretty sweet set up though so we don't feel too bad for them. Apparently, they have two separate hotels rooms joined by a door plus a third suite on the same floor where they can watch TV on a huge flat screen.

Where is The Real 'Harper's Island?'

April 14, 2009 at 9:59 AM | by cmb | 0 Comments

The new series “Harper’s Island” is a cross between "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and an Agatha Christie novel, with a splash of "Survivor" thrown in. The modern-day murder mystery follows a group of friends on a secluded island outside Seattle for a week-long wedding celebration.

Of course, mayhem ensues, leading to one character being killed off in each episode. The secrecy surrounding the 13-week series is so strict that the cast didn’t even know who was going to die from week-to-week.

The only thing we know for sure is that the series was filmed on Bowen Island, British Columbia.
