New Moon has such a hold on the world right now that even Martha Stewart admitted to having dreams about Robert Pattinson. The movie's cast hasn't been helping matters either with a media blitz that has taken them around the world, but let's not forget where it all started, in Vancouver.
The "New Moon" movie was filmed in Vancity last spring and its stars seemed to make the most of their time there. Check out a few of their favorite spots and find out how you can see them all for yourself: ]]>
After a whirlwind promotional tour of Europe that included London, Munich, Paris and Madrid, the cast of New Moon arrived back in Los Angeles this weekend for the movie's official world premiere.
The premiere takes place tonight at Mann’s Village Theatre, 961 Broxton Avenue, in Westwood Village. The entire cast is expected to be on hand and the red carpet arrivals are scheduled to take place between 5 PM and 6:30 PM. The After Party will also take place in Westwood, at an undisclosed location near Lindbrook Dr and Glendon Ave around 9:00 PM. If you're thinking about heading down there tonight to ogle the cast as they hit the red carpet, you won't be alone. The L.A. Times is reporting there are hundreds of fans in line already and most are decked out in RPattz tees or carrying signs that say things like, "Suck my blood, Edward." ]]>

Twihards are going to have the opportunity to see the New Moon cast at their local mall this fall. Summit is sending the Twilight kids on a 15 city tour to promote the next installment of the saga. At each stop along the tour there will be a Q & A with "select" Twilight cast members, prizes and other surprises. Some of the events will also feature performances from bands on the New Moon soundtrack.
Summit is also giving some fans VIP credentials to special events with the cast. To get one of the coveted VIP wristbands, you have to be at the Hot Topic store in a participating mall by 8 a.m. on October 31. VIP credentials will be given to anyone who buys one of the store's limited edition New Moon Tour t-shirts while supplies last. The tour kicks off at L.A.'s Hollywood & Highland Center on Friday, November 6. Death Cab for Cutie, Sea Wolf and Anya Marina will also be on hand performing songs from the New Moon soundtrack. We actually (totally randomly!) hit up last year's Twilight Mall Tour at the Hollywood & Highland and it was pure chaos. Even scarier, the mania for Twilight last year wasn't as bad as it is this year. So be prepared before you go for angry, emo, vampire-loving teens. Also, R-Patz and Kristen Stewart were not in attendance at many of these mall events. ]]>
It's official; filming of Eclipse in Vancouver is coming to a close. On Tuesday, the movie's director, David Slade tweeted, "Just one week and a few days to go to complete principle photography, the finish line seems still so far." It probably can't come soon enough for Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart who get stalked daily by fans and paparazzi. A higher up at Summit (the film's production company) told E!, "Civilians are flying in all over the world to hunt down whoever they can find. It's bad. Literally [Rob and Kristen] have no choice but to stay inside."
It's gotten so bad, the couple has reportedly holed up together at the Sheraton Wall Centre and spends most of their time watching movies or listening to music when they aren't filming. It sounds like they have a pretty sweet set up though so we don't feel too bad for them. Apparently, they have two separate hotels rooms joined by a door plus a third suite on the same floor where they can watch TV on a huge flat screen. ]]>
With current hot starlets like Twilight's Kristen Stewart constantly flying out of LAX all the time, it's no wonder the paparazzi stake the place out. However, when Stewart flew back to Vancouver on Alaska Airlines to continue filming Eclipse after the weekend, she wasn't looking much like a starlet at all. In fact, she kinda resembled how we might look if we traveled after having been bailed out of jail after a fight with a bartender over the ratio of margarita mix and tequila. In other words: she don't look good.
On top of it, she is barely hanging onto that passport. Note to impressionable young international travelers: this is how not to handle your personal documents in public places. We're not asking you to wear a fanny pack or even get one of those hidden stash pocket things, but just don't be so careless with it. And with Kristen surrounded by grabby paparazzi, you'd think she'd be extra careful with her personal information. One slip while shuffling that heinous bag, and she's got no passport to return to filming in Canada and some guy has a new lot to add to the eBay.

Will Twilight mania ever end? Based on the number of Twi-hards traveling to Vancouver to see the cast filming Eclipse, it won't end anytime soon. Just this past weekend, fans waited for hours outside of Bella's house on 28 Ave in Surrey while the movie's stars, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson filmed inside.
But for some fans, standing on the street in a Vancouver suburb isn't how they imagined their first encounter with Robert Pattinson. Maybe they'd prefer a luxury spa date instead? Apparently, the world's sexiest vampire enjoys getting pampered too. Pattinson has been spotted several times at the the posh Vida Wellness Spa at Sutton Place Hotel. ]]>
