We only got to share with you just a little bit from our recent field trip to Hawaii but there were a couple of videos that we didn't air. So much like we did with our Chilean videos, we're dropping them all in one place for you to peruse at your pleasure.

Below, you can see all of our Hawaiian adventures from burger-tasting to smoothie-slurping to snorkeling, swimming, chillaxing on the beach and even a bit of the Hawaiian nightlife. (Sorry, no lei-ing of any type is shown here.)

Trust us. A juicy burger with teriyaki sauce, swiss cheese and pineapple is delicious (and it's called The Local Boy.) You can find it at Ono's Char Burger on the North Shore. Watch the video to see it up close and learn what ale we washed that tasty burger down with.

Finally, I get to talk about one of my all-time favorite escapes in Hawaii: Kauai.

This is my fourth time on the island and it never fails to make me zen out and escape reality completely. If you’re looking for the idyllic Hawaii that you may imagine or see in movies and pictures, then look no further.

While we know the North Shore like the back of our hand (not to boast or anything), we did experience one first on this trip: a boat ride along the Na pali Coast, courtesy of Kauai Sea Tours. We had heard this was a must-see and do. We were put up in Honolulu for two nights staying at The Royal Hawaiian, the 3rd oldest hotel in the city. How would we describe the area? Lets just say that when you step out of the hotel and feel like you may be in Beverly Hills with Coach and Gucci stores scattering the streets.

What we found amazing though is that the moment you enter any of the hotels or beaches, you immediately remember that you are indeed in Hawaii and feel isolated from it all. Big news -- made it through an airport check in without having to do the crouch of shame. Sadly, Hawaiian airlines still charged me $15 for me to check my bag, despite the bags near weightlessness.

We are smack dab in the middle of our Hawaiian adventure, trying to figure out how Hawaii and their tourism machine are handling the "weakonomy". Hawaii is a tourist mainstay, and it isn't going anywhere, but are the beaches emptier? Activities cheaper? The hotels willing to deal more? The surfers gone? Hey, it isn't like they can send Mike Wallace to get the answers to these questions, right?
