The GateGuru iPhone App Will Find All The Airport ATMs For You

We found another iPhone Travel App to add to our list of the Best Travel Apps that debuted this fall! It's called GateGuru, and it just arrived in the iTunes App store on Monday in both paid ($1.99) and Lite (free) versions.
It's practically a must-have for frequent flyers, and we're already having fun messing with it, since it's like a successful mixture of Yelp, Foursquare and FlyerTalk. The Yelp component is strongest, in that GateGuru's main function is for users to add and review airport amenities like ATMs, restaurants, first class lounges and children's play areas in the top 85 US airports. This way, when you're stuck at LaGuardia's Central Terminal, you'll see that you've got an amazing four Au Bon Pains to choose from, in addition to which one is best and which ones are before and after security.

From the people who brought you the little black NFT Guides, otherwise known as the brilliantly-named "Not For Tourists," comes the shiny new $4.99 NFT iPhone app.
If you're at all familiar with the layout of a printed NFT Guide, then you'll be instantly comfortable navigating the app by fingertip; it's almost as if the books were designed based on the app and not the other way around. And yes—$4.99 is pricey, but we're talking about a book's worth of content here, when the book is usually about $12.95.

And just to prove it, we've rounded up five of our favorite free travel-related iPhone apps from September and October.
Indio: Coachella iPhone App Promises Less Running from Stage to Stage

Spring's biggest (and priciest) music festival, Coachella is just around the corner, so all you rock-heads better be almost finished paying off that lay-away ticket plan. The three-day concert starts April 17.
As we've mentioned, $270 tickets are our least favorite thing about giant music festivals, but our second-least favorite thing is figuring out where the heck to be at all times. "Can I catch the Killers on the mainstage when M.I.A. is just finishing on stage two?" "Is it worth abandoning my sweet spot near the front?" "How do I know when sets are actually going to start?"
So we're pretty impressed with Coachella's new iPhone application, which puts all the info right in your palm—no more asking peeved security guards what time the Cure really goes on. In addition to interactive festival maps and a concert photo uploader, the app will have an updated set schedule with a 'Coachooser,' so you can put together your own lineup and hit all the important stops.
Related Stories:
· Coachella iPhone Application [Official Site]
· Coachella Offers Big Bands But With a Bigger Price Tag [Jaunted]
· Music festivals coverage [Jaunted]
