Light enough to carry on: Gold medal winning gymnast Shawn Johnson lands at Reagan National before heading to the White House to meet President Bush along with a delegation of other Olympians.

The race may be won, the distinctions awarded, but for most Olympic athletes the sprint to take advantage of their 15 minutes of fame is still going on. (We recently saw Usain Bolt leaving David Letterman's stage, and he looked ti-yerd.)

Not every returning hero gets a Phelpstival, but those endorsements and that attention will only be up for grabs for so long before Americans forget about the Olympics. At least Shawn is allowed to wear a T-shirt and Uggs when she's out meeting the nation instead of a leotard and chalk.

We're going to enjoy this vacation, or else! Hugh Jackman pushes a nearly toppling luggage cart at Sydney International Airport on a family vacation to Cambodia.

Baggage limits and fees are nothing new to international travelers, but let's hope the Jackmans are better one-bag packers the next time they head Stateside: Now that airlines like United have seen the market tolerance for baggage fees as represented by the extra revenue they're bringing in--in United's case, an expected $700 million for the year--there's no slowing down.

And when Southwest's no-fee approach becomes unsustainable? Well... We'll see!

Wait, Sweden gets it first? Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens bravely risk the ire of American tweens by leaving for Stockholm via LAX to promote their forthcoming flick, "High School Musical 3: Senior Year."

To the best of our knowledge, "HSM3" is the final chapter in the Disney phenomenon that began as a January TV movie and spawned a world of merchandise and a reality show, locking Efron, Hudgens and costars like Ashley Tisdale out of the Disney stable.

Tisdale shot a New Zealand-set children's movie earlier this year, but Efron's turn as a young stage actor in Richard Linklater's latest project "Me and Orson Welles" got just lukewarm reviews. Hudgens is still known as the one with the nude-picture scandal.

Make way for "High School Musical 4: The One Where They All Magically End Up at the Same College"?

Kate Winslet arrives at LAX with a chic white jacket and a tan zippered tote, plus the celeb-required sunglasses. Put together yet comfortable: Anyone getting off a plane could rock this low-maintenance look.

Winslet will probably be doing a lot of traveling soon to promote her new flick "Revolutionary Road," directed by husband Sam Mendes and starring Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio as '50s suburbanites in Connecticut.

But this ain't "Titanic 2": The somber Richard Yates-penned novel addresses alienation and frustration that can't be resolved with a party in steerage class. Still, the December 26 opener will have some major Oscar buzz around it and could be Winslet's sixth nomination--and maybe even her first statue.
