On his way down, he shared the elevator with Yoko Ono who lives in the building, and she called the cops on him. He is now being charged with criminal trespassing. However, what this tourist did is something that happens all the time in NYC, something which no one talks about but everyone does, and this is sneak to the rooftops of apartment buildings.
