The Jaunted Flickr pool is now 1,938 photos and growing, but we know we can get even more excellent travel photos up there. As you know we use photos from the pool in our posts, and Jaunted Field Trip photos are always included in the pool--both linking back to the photographers stream.

Currently, we are looking forward to throwing even more linkage toward talented photographers from around the world.

Just go here and join our group. Then, on any photos you want to send in, click "Send to group" in the toolbar underneath the title. Select "Jaunted" and you will be diving in with the grace of Greg Louganis.

We want you to get active at getting your excellent travel photos in here and help them get the attention they so deserve.  Oh, and if any Jaunted readers are going on cool field trips, don't be shy, let us know.  Who knows, you may be able to become a Jaunted correspondent for your trip--if you can say the alphabet backwards and pat your head while rubbing your belly.

We're suckers for photographs of animals. Especially giraffes! They have blue-black tongues, something we're ashamed to admit we learned from an episode of Salute Your Shorts. Nickelodeon is a far better filter for facts than CNN, we find.

Anyway, for our cool animal and nature photo fix, we recommend Kalabrid's photos of Kenya over on Flickr. She's staying there for a few months and already has shots of zebras, giraffes, and local flora. What, no lions yet?
