Before getting to Australia, Karl had an extended layover in Bangkok, Thailand, where he unknowingly walked into the traditional New Year Water Festival on his way to the hotel. Surprising, Karl doesn't seem completely miserable to be in Bangkok and played along nicely with local "Ladyboys", even as they outfitted him with a bedazzled gown, make-up and wig at the Mambo Cabaret. On this week's episode of An Idiot Abroad, Karl Pilkington crosses another journey off the Bucket List: traveling across Russia on the Trans-Siberian Express.

When Karl arrived in Moscow to board the infamous train, a cranky taxi driver briefed him on the trip, explaining that Karl was about to spend a week, "in a smelly carriage with Russians who will not wash for a week but they will drink." But, at first that was not Karl's experience at all. He checked into a first class private room on the train and was actually—for maybe the first time on the series—happy. There's quite a lot happening at Miami International Airport. The new MIA Mover is the way, as are more and more shops and good places to eat—what's next? A reality TV show, of course.

We already hinted at it, but now there's a few additional details. Fly through MIA this month and you may just wind up on a new show being filmed at the terminal for the Travel Channel. It doesn't have a title yet, but the show will take viewers behind the scenes of the airport, one of the country's biggest. MTV's The Real World has called more than 20 cities home—including New York, Paris, London, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas—over the past 26 seasons and now it looks like they may be adding Pittsburgh to that list.

If you're passing through concourse A or B at Baltimore/Washington International Airport this week, you may find yourself in front of a camera crew.

TLC is expected to begin filming a new untitled TV show about the inner workings of BWI's largest carrier, Southwest, today. The new series will follow BWI's expansion and the day-to-day drama that happens behind the scenes at Southwest.

After eight seasons, ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition has built over 100 homes for families in need, but they couldn't have done any of it without the help of thousands of volunteers.

EM:HE is always looking for people who can help build, paint, and decorate homes in just seven days. Building professionals are a bonus, but even if you've never picked up a hammer they can still use your help!

Currently Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is looking for volunteers in Daybreak, UT, Georgia, and North Carolina. You won't find it on AirBnb, but you will stumble upon it on the same block it's been on since before the MTV Jersey Shore came in and GTL-ed all over its six bedrooms and roofdeck. Naturally we're talking about the Jersey Shore house—the very one featured in Seasons 1 and 3 of the popular reality show. It's up for rent to regular folks for a whopping $2,500 a day, according to the AP.

Checking out the official listing on Seaside Realty, we can see that the place comes complete with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, three parking spaces and the option of catering or getting a rental DJ. We're going to go ahead and assume that the place is booked up for New Year's already, but now would be the time to begin scooping up summer 2012 dates.

Alas, the cast of the Jersey Shore will not return to film a fifth season at the house, as two spin-off shows are already in the works. The first will follow the further adventures of Snooki and J-Woww as they become roommates, while the second trails DJ Pauly D around the world, making various music and celebrity appearances.
