Your epidermis is showing! Grenada's police commissioner caused an uproar this week when he announced he'll begin to enforce a little known section of the public decency code which prohibits wearing an uncovered swimsuit away from the beach, as well as baggy pants on both genders.
Interestingly, the measure isn't aimed at nudist tourists but those dang kids: In a press conference December 29, Commissioner James Clarkson of the Royal Grenada Police Force said there's nothing wrong with teenagers dressing casually, but "any time you allow lawlessness to start taking effect on your country, you have a problem." He continued in the vein of every assistant principal ever, "It is funny when people are not used to a certain level of freedom to do certain things, when you give them that freedom they just don’t know how to handle it."
