They faked us out once before, so we'll be super careful in announcing that allegedly Angelina Jolie checked into a hospital yesterday to go on bed rest before she gives birth to the latest Super World Travelers, the twins she is expecting with Brad Pitt.

The babes, reportedly twin girls, will have dual French citizenship because she's currently resting in L'Hopital Lenval in Nice.

"Entertainment Tonight" led the charge in late May to declare that the twins, reportedly due in August, had already been born. Turned out it was just a rumor, possibly spread by an ex-Super Traveler sidekick (er, assistant). This time it was the French media's turn to jump the gun on the planned expansion to America's real first family. But if she were just there for a checkup, would her obstetrician be giving a press conference? We think not!

US Weekly reports that Jessica Alba gave birth to baby Honor Marie this weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA. The "Fantastic Four" and "Love Guru" star chose the same hospital where both Nicole Richie and Christina Aguilera gave birth earlier this year.

Cedars-Sinai ain't too shabby--it was ranked the 17th best hospital in the US last year--but why are Hollywood's new moms choosing to stay in LA, home to so many pregnancy-preying paparazzi?

Proximity's one reason, but not all of it. (Not every celeb wants to give birth in Namibia in order to get privacy!) In maternity terms, a "babymoon" is a vacation expectant first-time parents take at the beginning of the third trimester, while Mom can still travel. It's too late for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony to take one more romantic trip, but the couple has already checked into their private room at Long Island's North Shore University Hospital according to Page Six.

Either the couple's expected twins are arriving really soon, or JLo and Marc are enjoying some paparazzi-free time in a posher-than-usual hospital room.
