This last weekend held more surprises for fans of HBO's hit show "True Blood" than just the revelations of the newest episode; the stars of the vampire thriller—Anna Paquin as Sookie Stackhouse and Stephen Moyer as Bill Compton—wed on Saturday in Malibu, California.

The couple met on the True Blood set and begin dating early into the first season, but did not reveal their relationship until last year. Devoted True Blood fans would have said that the chemistry between Sookie the waitress and Bill the vampire was palpable, but the real-life wedding of the actors takes it to a new level.

So what lovely destination did the couple choose for their secret wedding? A friend's house, right on the surf in Malibu, set the stage for the purple-themed ceremony.
