Apparently AirTran Had a Little Cockroach Problem and Someone is Suing

Lucky for them we think it’s slightly frivolous, but that doesn’t mean they won’t have to send out the legal team.
A couple from North Carolina just filed a lawsuit against the airline because they weren’t too happy about some of their fellow passengers—cockroaches. Apparently the little bugs made a surprise appearance on their flight to Houston, including the air vents. The passengers tried to voice their concerns to the flight attendants, but they claim that their pleas for help were ignored.

This May Just Be the Pettiest Airline Lawsuit Ever

Take that, lawyer who sues for the sake of suing!
We thought it was pretty slick that airlines ditched cash in the cabin in favor of plastic money for in-flight purchases, but there’s at least one passenger who isn’t thrilled about the cashless cabin. Of course this person is an attorney, and that means there’s a lawsuit.
A lawyer from New Jersey recently flew from Honolulu to Newark aboard Continental Airlines, but when it was time to purchase some in-flight goodies he wasn’t about to swipe his credit card. This unhappy passenger tried to buy some headphones for the 10-hour flight—apparently the ones purchased on the way to Hawaii no longer worked—but with his credit cards in his checked luggage he was out of luck. If this was 2007, you'd be wiggling in your seat, hand raised, saying "ooo oo" in excitement. That's because Kyla Ebbert kinda started the whole "I got harassed by an airline because of I was wearing" craze. It all started when she wore this on a Southwest Airlines flight, got a talking to about wearing skimpy clothing, and then ended up in a Playboy pictorial after the confrontation hit the media.
In the past four years we've seen cases like this pop up again, thought none have gone so far as reaching the pages of Playboy again. Just one of the things that you need to do before heading to the airport is print out your boarding pass, because if you need to do it at the airport you’re going to be charged for it...some 40 Euros ($53) for the pleasure, actually.
Spain isn’t too cool with this fee, as a judge in the country has ruled that Ryanair can’t charge passengers who need to print their boarding pass at the airport.
Corpus Christi: TSA Settles Lawsuit After Allegedly Exposing Woman's Breasts, Laughing About It

It turns out that if you pull off a woman's blouse in public, laugh in her face about it, and then leer at her body when she complains, that it might be something over which you can get sued. The TSA just found out as much, hammering out a settlement with Texas woman Lynsie Murley after Corpus Christi International agents humiliated her at a checkpoint. But on the other hand, the incident helps crystallize the single, overarching, central debate over American airline security: random screening vs. profiling.

United Airlines Faces Really Petty Passenger Lawsuit

Well some United Airlines passenger—Phillip Miller—reports that back in 2005 one of the aircraft doors opened in the middle of the flight.
