Jay Leno is Stupefied by the Existence of Pet Airways

However, late last week he turned his "c'mon is this real" criticism on the very real Pet Airways.
The sketch is brief. Jay rolls the original Pet Airways commercial, complete with the bits about pets flying in the cabin and being cared for from start to finish, but then he adds his own little bit. We won't spoil the surprise for you, but we will say that it's a crappy piece of CGI.

Los Angeles: How To Get Tickets to Jay Leno's New Show

Jay Leno's back tonight with his new, much hyped, 10 pm show on NBC. The Jay Leno Show will have some of the Jayisms we're accustomed to, like a short monologue, jaywalking and a big name guest. But it will also have a few new twist,s like a new crop of correspondents and a new desk-less set.
It's easy to get free tickets to Jay's new show, but you do have to plan ahead. Tickets can be ordered directly through NBC by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with a brief letter listing the desired date of taping and three alternate dates at least 6 weeks in advance. If tickets are available for any of your requested dates, they will be sent out 2-3 weeks prior to the show.

After months of build up and speculation, we'll finally see tonight how Conan O'Brien does as the host of The Tonight Show. On Friday, Jay Leno passed the torch to Conan on what he dubbed, "the season finale of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
During the interview, Conan gave an audience member, Christian Boback, two tickets to his first show since Christian is the only known person to be at both the last live taping of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and Jay's first taping in 1992.

Detroit : Jay Leno's Stimulus Plan Hits Detroit

Jay Leno’s one man comedy stimulus plan goes into effect tonight when the "Tonight Show" host plays the first of two back-to-back shows in Detroit-for free. Leno will perform his stand-up act at the Palace of Auburn Hills, located just outside of the Motor City, for those who have recently lost their jobs and can't afford a night out.
"I like Detroit. I think it gets a bad rap," Leno said. "Most people don't have money to spend, or waste, on entertainment. So the idea is come out -- everything's free -- and get your mind off your troubles for an hour and a half."
Already, 15,000 tickets have been given away for each show, which includes free parking and refreshments.
For a recession-proof meal to go with Jay's show, check out Evie’s Tamales, 3454 Bagley St, Detroit. They serve fresh, homemade Mexican food at dirt cheap prices. The average dinner, including beans and rice, is about $5- $6.
Related Stories:
· Jay Leno Shows [Detroit Free Press]
· <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/TV/03/11/leno.free.show.criticism/>Politician slams suburban setting of Jay Leno's free Detroit show [CNN]
· Detroit Travel [Jaunted]
