Miami: Britney Spears Catches a Ride on AA's Hot Pink Golf Cart

Britney Spears took a break from working on her new album to take a ride on American Airlines' hot pink “Premium Services” golf cart through Miami International Airport yesterday.
Presumably, the cart is the same one Fergie rode last fall after arriving on an American flight from Los Angeles. This little cart really gets around, huh? You know you've made it when this thing shows up at your plane's door.
Spears and her boyfriend Jason Trawick were in the airport to catch a flight back to LAX after standing up in her assistant's wedding on Saturday. We're guessing Britney felt obligated to drag her bridesmaid dress back to L.A., hence the huge garment bag. If she's anything like us, that dress will still be in a garment bag in the back of her closet ten years from now.
Related Stories:
· Britney Spears Walks Down The Aisle [JustJared]
· Airport Photo Shoot Coverage [Jaunted]
· Miami Travel Coverage [Jaunted]

Britney Spears Is A Virgin Girl For Her Australia Tour

Boy oh boy, it's been awhile since Britney Spears did anything notable, let alone something travel-related, but last week she flew right back onto the scene and it was on a V Australia plane. BritBrit is currently playing to somewhat sold-out crowds around Australia on the Down Under portion of her "Circus" tour, and V Australia was chosen as the official airline partner of the tour.
What does that mean? Well, first it meant that Britney and all of her dancers, band, set designers, tech people and assorted crew headed to Oz on a V Australia plane on November 3. About that flight, Britney tweeted: "Longest flight ever but we had a great time. Really cool plane and the V staff took great care of us. So excited to be here!" She wrapped up the first concerts in Perth over the weekend, and now she'll be flying on Virgin Blue to upcoming dates in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne.

Spears or her handlers left a series of clues for followers to parse about the place she was, like "Manhattan," and "below 60th Street and above 20th Street." The clues apparently led to the Times Square M&M store, just when you thought it was going to be something original and local-approved -- but anyway!

San Jose: Britney Spears' Circus May Leave Town Sooner Than Planned

Only elephants work for peanuts: Britney Spears' long-awaited comeback tour likely won't get the worldwide extension promoters were looking for due to, you guessed it, the bad economy.
Spears set off March 3 from New Orleans on a 49-stop tour that included Canada and London, and producers were hoping the continual cloud of drama which separates Brit from the rest of us would part long enough to later add on dates in Europe and Asia and perhaps another round of shows in the U.S.
And despite rumors of a reunion with Kevin Federline and a summons to testify against one of her former hangers-on in a lawsuit brought by her dad, Spears was holding up her end of the deal. The girl just can't catch a break!
While promoters are mum on whether any of the existing shows will be canceled, it's always a possibility, so keep reading superlative sites like this one to keep abreast of the news. Ticketmaster is handling all the sales, but their cancellation policy is actually quite decent -- though you'll have to mail your would-be treasures back in in the event of a canceled show. The last time this happened to us, though, we got our refund in about three weeks.
Related Stories:
· Bad Economy May Fold Britney Spears' Circus Tent [People]
· The Circus Starring Britney Spears 2009 Tour Information [BritneySpears.com]
· Cancelled/Postponed Events [Ticketmaster.com]
· Celeb Travel coverage [Jaunted]
[Photo from the Atlanta show: loveyousave]
