Though she looked calm, cool, and collected at last night's Emmy Awards, Julianna Margulies had some drama getting from New York City to Los Angeles on Saturday.

During a red carpet interview, the Emmy winner told Ryan Seacrest, "There's a long story of how I got here, our flight was canceled, my husband (Keith Lieberthal) and I ended up in coach, sitting in the middle, away from each other...but we made it, and now we're having a good time." While the rest of us were scrambling for days trying to rearrange delayed flights out of New York and New Jersey, The Jersey Shore cast got a free ride out of the Teterboro Airport in New Jersey on Saturday, courtesy of MTV.

The network wanted the cast in Los Angeles for Sunday night's VMAs so badly that they chartered a private jet as area airports were canceling commercial flights thanks to Hurricane Irene. "We had to get out here for the VMAs," Vinny said after arriving in L.A. "MTV did whatever they could to get us out here. Okay, we have a problem. When did crashed airplanes become cool?

Last night during the MTV Video Music Awards, Winner of best R&B video Nicki Minaj premiered her newest video, Fly, featuring Rihanna. We were like, oh cool—it's called "Fly," so let's see. And then about two seconds into the video, we noticed she's dancing all around the charred shell of a Boeing 747. What the heck?

According to MTV News, the concept for the video revolves around the apocalypse, which Minaj and Rihanna have survived. They're in a neighborhood, complete with suburban homes, except there's now the addition of burnt and crashed cars, the 747 and—crazy as this sounds—some sort of rocket or space shuttle.

Now that the Academy Awards are over and the celebrities have fled to their vacation homes to bask in the glory of a owning a statuette or wallow in self-pity for losing, we can talk about what everybody at the Oscars got regardless: the swag bag. Winners, losers...everybody gets gifted with free stuff! Last year's gift bag was valued at $91,000; will this year's top it?

The answer to that is YES, and in only the first item! Natalie Portman, et al., were handed a chance to go to space with Virgin Galactic along with a scale model of the craft. The orbital space flight gift is worth $200,000. We wonder who'll redeem that voucher? Even though the Academy Awards have all been handed out and some celebrities are back to wearing their pajamas, you might still need a little more of an Oscar fix over the next few days. There’s no Oscar Museum yet—they’re working on one—but you can always visit the home of the award ceremony at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. There won’t be any famous faces or thankfully any hosts—was it just us, or were Franco and Hathaway just awful?—but there are plenty of the golden statues.

The theatre is still hard at work cleaning things up after all of the weekend’s festivities, so you have to wait to take your tour until this Saturday. Once the tours open back up, you can expect a 30-minute tour through the facility where you can stop to in the George Eastman VIP Room and other spots where the in-crowd hangs out before and after the show. On Friday night, the place to be was the EW Women in Film Pre-Emmy Party held at the Sunset Marquis Hotel.

True Blood's Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, and Joe Manganiello schmoozed with fellow Mad Men nominees Jon Hamm and Elisabeth Moss, while the cast of Modern Family hung out with Sharon Stone and Glenn Close.
