Left to its own devices, the American celebrity (celebritus Americanus) finds its own kind and moves among them in a herd of Blackberrying fingers and venti skinny lattes. Here, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and Gwyneth Paltrow stick to their own kind at London Heathrow.

Last week we knocked Mary-Kate's oversized and understyled luggage, but she was probably hauling around her ideas for the clothing line she shares with her twin, Elizabeth and James.

It didn't make it into London fashion week this year, but maybe next season!

Not every trip can be a lengthy tour through Europe. So we can't knock Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel for hitting up the wedding of stylist Estee Stanley at the Oviatt Hotel in Los Angeles.

They were in good company, with Eva Mendes, Jason Bateman, Tobey Maguire and Kurt Russell also in attendance.

While JT and Jessica certainly looked dapper, it was Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen whose outfits got the most attention. The twins wore terrifying white masks straight out of "Eyes Wide Shut." When visiting a new place, a lot of people will check out museums, historic landmarks or even the local shopping. Usually not on the list? Local schools, unless you're running for president. But Ashley Olsen apparently made a special stop in an Austin, Texas school this week as a guest of her new boyfriend Lance Armstrong's daughter. Guess show and tell has gotten a lot flashier since we wore short pants.

Lance and Ashley have been keeping their relationship rather private in New York City, making out at private parties but eschewing the long brunches and matinees popular among other couples. Apparently they thought the word would never get out if they appeared together in Texas... oops. If only Ashley could have brought her twin Mary-Kate down there, maybe the little Armstrong would have gotten extra credit.

These recent pictures of Ashley Olsen at the airport say it all: celebrity travelers are just like us! Except that Ashley Olsen is looking beat and upset after what was probably a private flight. She should try a trans-con in legacy steerage sometime.

Doesn't she know about BUR? The airport that both normal people and celebrities can enjoy? Perhaps Ashley is so pissed about the inconvenient location of the Enterprise car rental lot in Burbank that she refuses to bring her business there. Enterprise does rent Land Rovers, right?
