Things start off with a 60-foot hill, and that means there’s plenty of speed as the track winds its way through the surrounding freaky forest. The ride comes to a halt when it enters the former site of the crypt, and this is where the coaster transforms into an evil version of Space Mountain. After the coaster shakes you around in total darkness it enters into a freefall, and after that it whisks you out in reverse. It’s the world's first freefall drop rollercoaster, so it’s a pretty safe bet you’ve never experienced anything like it.
Before you have time to calm down make your way over to the park’s Scarefest and the Carnival of Screams. New to the park this year, the creepy circus has come to town, but unfortunately it never packed up and left. Make your way through this maze while trying to avoid sideshow freaks and crazy clowns.
The park is open for scary fun now through Halloween, so you only have a couple weeks left to get one last 2010 roller coaster ride. Tickets start at £30.40—about $50—if you’re ordering things online. If you wait until you hit the ticket stand then you’ll be spending about $10 more.
