Imagine for a moment that you're in London (as we are now), and having you're having a nice stroll along the Thames River towards Tower Bridge. After passing City Hall, the area becomes the London you imagine from Charles Dickens—all knobbly cobblestones and narrow streets with tucked-away cafes. And then you cross the river to pass that bastion of medieval punnishment, the eerie Tower of London. And oh—what's that right there? It's a freaking Starbucks, right next to the former palace and royal prison, which dates back to the 1000s.

The Most Shocking Starbucks Locations In The World

Last week we showed you a video we took of a Shocking Starbucks Location on the remains of the Berlin aaa. That's right, where there was once a barrier between democracy and communism now stands a barista making you double mocha, non-fat, extra whip frappucinos. And like other fast food joints we frequent, there are many more Shocking Starbucks throughout this great world of ours.

We've listed The Most Shocking Starbucks locations we've found below. And while we'd like to include the custom Starbucks shop that Tommy Lee reportedly put in his house when he was still married to Pam Anderson, we're going to leave our list at places you can actually visit in your travels.

So let's say that you're enjoying a lovely evening out for a stroll in Berlin, Germany and you're perhaps following a brick path in the street that marks the former location of the Berlin Wall. You're walking along, eyes down at the ground as you ponder the history around Potsdamer Platz especially, when you run right into the side of a Starbucks.
