Yesterday we put forth five "shocking" McDonald's locations, places that make us question why some overeager McDonald's franchiser chose to disrupt the serenity/beauty/awesomeness of an ancient site with the "can't miss 'em" yellow Golden Arches and the overpowering smell of salty, oil-drenched fries.

The Luxor Temple

Gina and Craig actually stopped in the three-storied McDonald's right across from the Luxor Temple in Egypt a few weeks ago and said, "It's not so bad." Another modern touch amongst this ancient temple? Free WiFi in the McDonald's.

The Piazza della Rotonda

Does walking around the ancient Pantheon in Rome work up a Big Mac appetite for you? Paul Dickinson sent us this snapshot of the Mickey D's in the Piazza della Rotonda where the Pantheon is located. We just can't get enough of Nuovo McFlurries!

Royal Children's Hospital

Alright, this might not be a tourist stop but two readers nominated the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia as a shocking McDonald's location and we have to agree. Sick kids don't need all the sugar that's supposedly included in the McD's fountain sodas. Maybe the Happy Meals here should be called Healthy Meals instead?

We know that there are more of these out there, so go on and send us your most shocking McDonald's location moment. Don't be shy -- send us photos, stories, you know the drill and we will get the golden arches up on our Most Shocking McDonald's in the World Map.
