In order to keep these two episodes as streamlined as possible, we've summarized all of the action according to location.
The Island
Time is shifting back and forth after Ben turned the frozen wagon wheel and “moved” the island to keep it safe. One minute Sawyer and Juliet can see the smoking freighter, the next minute it's gone, and so is their camp. Faraday warns them that the camp isn't gone, it's just not here now. Over the course of several flashes, the old hatch appears and then disappears. Then, Locke reappears, and so does that freaky Other, Ethan, who shoots him in the leg.

The eternally youthful Richard shows up and plucks the bullet from Locke's leg, and then tells him that everyone has to come back to the island. But, in order for that to happen, he will have to die. The island flashes again and Richard is gone. Faraday attempts to explain the time-space continuum while trying to figure out where they are in time.
Juliet and Sawyer run into some other Others who want to know what they are doing on their island. Locke shows back up, so we know everyone on the island is at the same point in time, at least for the moment. Flaming arrows start flying through the sky, and a few extras bite the dust, but nobody really important eats it.
London
Sun is minding her own business trying to check in for a flight to LA when she is hauled into a detainment cell courtesy of Charles Widmore. They soon realize that they have a common interest in offing Ben Linus.

Los Angeles
Back in LA, Kate and Aaron are on the run when some lawyer show up wanting blood samples for DNA testing. Hurley and Sayid are on the move from Santa Rosa Hospital, and run into an ambush at their motel. Sayid gets hit by two poisoned darts, but manages to push one goon off the balcony, and impales the other on a fistful of knives sitting in an open dishwasher. That's one reason you never load knives pointy side up, kids. Hurley throws a comatose Sayid in the truck, but manages to get pulled over by the cops.
Surprise! It's Ana Lucia back from the dead to give him advice and a shout-out from Libby. Hurley takes Sayid back to his family's house for safe keeping. He spills the beans to his mom about what's really been going on, and gives the best simple 30-second summary of the past four seasons we've ever heard. Hurley's dad gets Sayid to Jack at the hospital where he is revived.
Ben shows up at Hurley's house to attempt to convince him to come back to the island. Hurley runs out of the house and right into the safety of the LAPD who've been staking out the house ever since he busted out of the mental institution. Ben meets some science/church lady who reveals that he only has 70 hours to get everyone back to the island...or so help you God!.
