Places to Find Delicious Iced Cream

Now, here's a listicle that we can fully support: Fodor's lists the top ten spots to get ice cream in the U.S. of A. Never has this list been more necessary than it is right now. According to the F-Troop, Toscanini's in Boston is number one overall, thanks to their constantly rotating cast of ice cream flavors. What! Not JP Licks? That's our personal favorite in Boston because it sounds dirty.

Nonetheless, the list is rather heavy on New England locations, with the West Coast only represented by Swensen's in San Francisco. Plus, there are no selections from either New York City or Chicago; despite the heat wave it hasn't all melted or anything. Our recommendation: The gelato at Tatlucci e Vino, on 1st Avenue and 10th street. Try the crema--you'll thank us later.
