Flying Fish is one of my absolute favorite dining places in the world. It's so beautiful and definitely lives up to Aruba's slogan of "one happy island."
It isn't super-touristy (my mom grew up in Aruba so we know how to get off the beaten path) but it's worth the tiny trek.
Another phenomenal Aruban spot: Papiumento. (sp?)
