The Roxbury, a boutique motel in the town of the same name, has helped bring a little bit more designiness to this quickly gentrifying part of the Catskills. Close to nearby skiing and snowboarding, the Roxbury is just around the corner from the laid-back, cocktail-pushing Public Lounge as well as several art galleries. Rooms start at around $90.
