Let Adam Sandler and Chris Rock of 'Grown Ups' Plan Your Summer Vacation

Grown Ups, the new movie starring Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider and David Spade, hits theaters today. Although you might expect it to be a buddy comedy about five childhood friends, you may be surprised to find that it can also serve as a guide to summertime fun in Eastern Massachusetts.

The majority of the movie was filmed at Centennial Grove, a beloved rental facility for parties and events on Chebacco Lake in Essex, MA. The lake hosts boat parades, fishing competitions and community parties throughout the summer and is one of the most popular lakes for fisherman and boaters in the state.
